How do you cope with day to day life? NEW course focussing on all aspects of well-being, through the practice of sophrology, which encompasses effective breathing, muscle relaxation, mindfulness, meditation, visualisation and more! Well-being is about your physical and mental state. Taking control of your own well-being will help you to feel healthier and happier. Join this 8 week course run in our comfortable Horbury therapy room and spend a well deserved hour each week to unwind, de-stress and meet like minded people. Numbers are strictly limited so early booking is advisable.
Cost:
£40 for 8 sessions (yes - that's right - only £5 per session!) Course notes and light refreshments included in price. Audio recordings available at an additional cost of £5.
Times:
Monday evenings at 6:30 pm until 7:30 pm starting 3rd September 2018
Wednesday evenings at 7:00 pm until 8:00 pm starting 12th September 2018
Wednesday mornings at 10am until 11am starting 19th September 2018
