Meditation for Beginners


Meditation is an AMAZING way to help you manage anxiety & take control of your stress levels. Relax and feel at peace with yourself and the world. Join our friendly, informal group to learn the basics of meditation. We offer a successful 'Meditation for Beginners' course where we teach correct posture, breathing techniques and provide you with the ‘tools’ for basic meditation. New classes start online on Thursday 2nd June at 7-8pm and run for 6 weeks. £50 for the six sessions includes course materials and audio recordings. Your guide is a fully qualified meditation teacher with over 30 years experience. Please contact us to secure your place or for further details.
