Well-being starts with self-care
Your first reaction may be that you "don't have time" or you may be "too busy to think about relaxing". However, well-being is about being well and starts with self-care. Taking time for yourself is not 'selfish' in a negative way; it is essential to being and staying well. When you feel well you can be your 'best self' and tackle the world. Life can be hectic - sometimes you need to commit to making time for you!
Just a few places remaining...our Horbury well-being evening class is on Monday at 6:30pm-7:45pm. The class runs in 8 week blocks at a cost of £48 for 8 sessions (£6/session). This includes light refreshments and course materials. Payment in advance secures your place.
