Relax!


Relaxation sessions:

Being able to relax is essential. Many people find this hard to do because of increasingly busy lifestyles, work, financial and family pressures. We all too often hear people saying that they haven’t time to relax, when in reality, making time for this helps us be more productive in other areas of our lives.

Here are some suggestions to help you to relax:

  • Listen to gentle music

  • Have a massage

  • Mindful colouring

  • Unwind in a warm bath

  • Join a relaxation group!

Join our informal, friendly group and spend a well deserved hour each week. Enjoy a warm drink and biscuits before practising effective breathing techniques and relaxation strategies. Follow this by a session of pure relaxation in comfortable surroundings. Sounds good?

This course take place in our relaxing therapy room which is at 28 Wynthorpe Road, Horbury, WF45BB.

Date and time: Every Monday evening 6:30-7:45pm & Every Wednesday morning 10:00-11:15am

Please note that this is NOT a course of limited sessions, but runs each week for as long as you wish to attend, and is paid for in blocks of 8 sessions.

Fee - £48 for 8 sessions (includes resources and light refreshments)
