Do you want to improve your well-being and learn a new skill?

Beginners meditation group is for those new to meditation who would like to learn the basics. We teach correct posture and breathing, mindfulness techniques and provide you with the ‘tools’ for basic meditation. Our small informal group of between 5 and 8 people runs for one hour per week. The fee includes course materials so that you can continue your meditation practice at home.The course takes place in our comfortable therapy room which is in Horbury. We remain seated on chairs and recommend that you wear comfy clothes and bring a pair of fluffy socks. There is nothing worse than cold toes when trying to meditate!

Fees - £30 for 6 sessions (includes course booklet)
