Stress Busting for teens


Teenage life can lead to feelings of anxiety and frustration. Whether you fear exams, suffer from social anxiety or experience mood swings, we may be able to help. Join us for one hour per week to learn strategies and techniques to manage your stress and anxiety. Our sessions are informal, last one hour long and are held in comfortable surroundings.

Starting Monday 8th January at 4:30-5:30pm costing £40 in total (8 sessions)
